My first blog post, well this is exciting. If you are looking for tips, tricks, and ideas for an all-around happier life you have come to the right place my friend.

I just want to start out by saying that I am nowhere near an expert on what I will all be discussing in this blog. But, what I can tell you is that I am a person that is trying to live my life in the happiest, healthiest way possible and I am here to share you what helps me work towards this.

This blog will be realistic, easy to follow, and hopefully inspiring. You will find zero posts titled “How to lose 10 pounds in one week”, or “How to avoid all negativity”, or “Fat-free, gluten-free, vegetarian recipes”. I mean c’mon, really? What you will fine are posts titled “Work out plan for the person who doesn’t have time to work out”, “Recipes that are low in calories and don’t taste like cardboard”, and “How to manage dealing with being a full-time student, having a social life, and getting enough sleep”.

My goal for this blog is to give my happy, healthy, and hungry readers…yeah you, something to look to when they need advice, ideas, recipes, inspiration, and maybe just a little laugh.
